Gymnastics Tutorial: How To Do A Round Off & Performance Makeup

My daughter Sofia has just begun her next level in Gymnastics.  She is now learning to do Round Offs.  This is a great short video on how to do one, pointing out each position of the Round Off.  I think these videos helps the kids at home.  Remember to stretch!  We don't want any injuries!

Sofia was thrilled that the primary color was Neon Lime Green, it's one of her favorite colors!

Sofia did an awesome job at her Gymnastic's Show, I am very proud of her.  I was so happy to see her do so well and how great she has come along in her training!  I thank all the coaches and everyone for all their support!  If you are looking for a great Gymnastics Facility in the Cleveland Area, Johnson Dance & Gymnastics is one of the best places available for training.
