Basic Gymnastic Beam Drills: Featuring Coupe Forward Walk

Here is for some of the Gymnastic Parents who need videos on some of the drills for their kids who are gymnasts and need a visual so they can practice at home.  This video features the Coupe Forward Walk.  These videos are really helpful for me so that I can make sure Sofia can practice at home and get better at her routines.

  2. This is a good video and I think this will help my daughter practice well at home too. I’m glad you shared this because I am searching for gymnastic moves video clips for my daughter.

    1. wonderful, we constantly have to practice, this is something that she has to get. Of course her beam is way higher than in the video, but it gives you an idea of what to do. thank you for visiting!
